{"id":1956,"date":"2024-12-05T12:12:02","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T12:12:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sxg.vfh.mybluehost.me\/website_e3b0ab15\/?p=1956"},"modified":"2024-12-05T12:12:02","modified_gmt":"2024-12-05T12:12:02","slug":"ley-n-32102-modificaciones-de-la-ley-de-teletrabajo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/laboralista.pe\/en\/ley-n-32102-modificaciones-de-la-ley-de-teletrabajo\/","title":{"rendered":"Ley N\u00b0 32102 &#8211; Modificaciones de la Ley de Teletrabajo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El d\u00eda 22 de julio de 2024, se public\u00f3 la Ley N\u00b0 32102, que establece modificaciones a la Ley de Teletrabajo en Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Las principales modificaciones son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-32 c2-33 c2-3 c2-4s c2-1g c2-3y c2-4t\">Tiempo no laborado por falta de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica o falta de servicio de internet:<\/strong>\u00a0El tiempo no puede ser descontado al trabajador ni se puede exigir que recupere estas horas perdidas.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-32 c2-33 c2-3 c2-4s c2-1g c2-3y c2-4t\">Prohibici\u00f3n de abandonar el lugar donde se realiza las labores y de realizar actividades personales:<\/strong>\u00a0Se puede abandonar el lugar de teletrabajo o realizar actividades personales SOLO si est\u00e1n debidamente justificadas; de otro modo, se considerar\u00e1 una falta disciplinaria. Se podr\u00eda revertir la modalidad de trabajo por esta raz\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-32 c2-33 c2-3 c2-4s c2-1g c2-3y c2-4t\">Contenido obligatorio en el contrato de teletrabajo<\/strong>: Las condiciones para el retiro de informaci\u00f3n confidencial de las instalaciones del empleador, incluidas las responsabilidades del teletrabajador en relaci\u00f3n a esta, deben ser parte obligatorio del contenido obligatorio del contrato de teletrabajo.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-32 c2-33 c2-3 c2-4s c2-1g c2-3y c2-4t\">Modificaci\u00f3n de lugar de teletrabajo<\/strong>: El teletrabajador debe garantizar que su lugar de teletrabajo cumple con las condiciones inform\u00e1ticas y de comunicaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimas.
