{"id":1905,"date":"2024-12-05T11:57:50","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T11:57:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sxg.vfh.mybluehost.me\/website_e3b0ab15\/?p=1905"},"modified":"2024-12-05T11:57:50","modified_gmt":"2024-12-05T11:57:50","slug":"31-de-enero-de2024-plazo-maximo-para-comunicar-servicios-minimos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/laboralista.pe\/en\/31-de-enero-de2024-plazo-maximo-para-comunicar-servicios-minimos\/","title":{"rendered":"31 de enero de2024: Plazo m\u00e1ximo para comunicar servicios m\u00ednimos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los empleadores sujetos al r\u00e9gimen laboral de la actividad privada tienen hasta el 31 de enero para comunicar la relaci\u00f3n de los puestos de trabajo que forman parte de los servicios m\u00ednimos, a fin que estos se mantengan operativos durante el a\u00f1o, en caso de presentarse alguna huelga que supone la paralizaci\u00f3n de las labores en el centro de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Los empleadores pueden realizar la comunicaci\u00f3n de los servicios m\u00ednimos, siempre que tengan una justificaci\u00f3n que depender\u00e1 de las actividades que lleven a cabo.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, \u00a0la comunicaci\u00f3n debe estar debidamente sustentada en un informe t\u00e9cnico en donde se se\u00f1ale la cantidad de trabajadores por puestos, los horarios, turnos, periodicidad y la oportunidad que debe realizarse \u00a0los servicios m\u00ednimos.
