{"id":1897,"date":"2024-12-05T11:55:27","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T11:55:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sxg.vfh.mybluehost.me\/website_e3b0ab15\/?p=1897"},"modified":"2024-12-05T11:55:27","modified_gmt":"2024-12-05T11:55:27","slug":"como-registrar-una-micro-o-pequeno-empresa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/laboralista.pe\/en\/como-registrar-una-micro-o-pequeno-empresa\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo registrar una micro o peque\u00f1o empresa?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El registro se puede realizar virtualmente con el RUC, usuario y Clave SOL, a trav\u00e9s del Registro Nacional de la Micro y Peque\u00f1a Empresa (REMYPE).<\/p>\n<p>Las micro y peque\u00f1as empresas pueden pertenecer a las REMYPE siempre y cuando, tengan como m\u00ednimo un trabajador y sean empresas constituidas por personas naturales o jur\u00eddicas dedicadas a actividades como extracci\u00f3n, transformaci\u00f3n, producci\u00f3n, comercializaci\u00f3n de bienes o prestaci\u00f3n de servicios.<\/p>\n<p>No pueden acceder a este registro empresas del rubro de bares, discotecas, casinos y juegos de azar.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante conocer que se considera una\u00a0<u class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-32 c2-33 c2-3 c2-4s c2-1g c2-37 c2-4t c2-4w\"><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-32 c2-33 c2-3 c2-4s c2-1g c2-3y c2-4t\">microempresa<\/strong><\/u>\u00a0cuando tu negocio no supera las 150 UIT en ventas anuales. Por el contrario, si las ventas anuales se encuentran entre las 150 y 1700 UIT, se considera una\u00a0<u class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-32 c2-33 c2-3 c2-4s c2-1g c2-37 c2-4t c2-4w\"><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-32 c2-33 c2-3 c2-4s c2-1g c2-3y c2-4t\">peque\u00f1a empresa.<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Recuerda que pertenecer a las REMYPE permite acceder a los beneficios de la Ley MYPE.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, estos son los pasos que se deben seguir para registrar a la micro y peque\u00f1a empresa:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ingresar a la p\u00e1gina web del \u00a0<a class=\"x-el x-el-a c2-32 c2-33 c2-4w c2-w c2-x c2-4x c2-j c2-4y c2-3 c2-36 c2-37 c2-38 c2-39\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.pe\/mtpe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoci\u00f3n del Empleo<\/a>\u00a0en el link \u201c<a class=\"x-el x-el-a c2-32 c2-33 c2-4w c2-w c2-x c2-4x c2-j c2-4y c2-3 c2-36 c2-37 c2-38 c2-39\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.pe\/279-registro-de-la-micro-y-pequena-empresa-remype\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Registro Nacional de la Micro y Peque\u00f1a Empresa (<strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-32 c2-33 c2-3 c2-4s c2-1g c2-3y c2-4t\">REMYPE<\/strong>)<\/a>. Ir a \u00abRegistra tu empresa\u00bb e ingresar el RUC, usuario y contrase\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>2. Posterior a ello, llenar la solicitud virtual con los datos correspondientes a la empresa y al (los) trabajadores, la cual presenta tres sencillos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-32 c2-33 c2-3 c2-4s c2-1g c2-3y c2-4t\">Registro de la empresa:\u00a0<\/strong>Se deben ingresar la siguiente informaci\u00f3n: (i) Direcci\u00f3n real de la empresa (en caso sea diferente a la direcci\u00f3n fiscal), (ii) Indicar la modalidad\/tipo de contribuyente. En el caso del representante legal, se debe ingresar el n\u00famero de DNI (debe ser validado por RENIEC), n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico, correo electr\u00f3nico, domicilio, tipo de seguro (ESSALUD\/SIS) y tipo de r\u00e9gimen pensionario (ONP\/AFP) y se\u00f1alar si es trabajador o no.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c2-32 c2-33 c2-3 c2-4s c2-1g c2-3y c2-4t\">Registro de trabajadores:\u00a0<\/strong>Registrar el n\u00famero de DNI (validar en l\u00ednea por RENIEC), tipo de contrato, ocupaci\u00f3n, tipo de r\u00e9gimen laboral (especial\/general), tipo de r\u00e9gimen pensionario (ONP\/AFP), confirmar si el trabajador es socio o no, si es familiar y proporcionar el n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico y correo electr\u00f3nico. Finalmente, si el trabajador cuenta con derechohabientes (c\u00f3nyuge e hijos), se debe ingresar la informaci\u00f3n correspondiente.
