CINDY ARRIOLA SUPO 

Labor and employment lawyer specialized in corporate labor law, with over 8 years of experience advising Peruvian and international companies on labor management and risk prevention. She graduated with highest honors from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), where she developed her thesis on the quantification of compensation for occupational accidents, analyzing more than 100 judicial rulings and proposing practical solutions applicable to business management.

She has also presented research at international conferences on labor law and occupational safety and health. She holds a specialization in Occupational Safety and Health from the National Agrarian University La Molina. Her professional training has been complemented with advanced programs in salary structure design and compensation management, as well as in gender and public policies applied to the workplace, strengthening her approach to the prevention of workplace sexual harassment and the management of psychosocial risks within organizations.
