About Cindy Arriola Supo
I am Cindy Arriola Supo, a labour lawyer with more than a decade of experience in Peruvian and international labour law. I have worked in law firms, private companies, and the public sector, addressing a wide range of labour cases.
I graduated with honours from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), where my thesis focused on the quantification of compensation for work-related accidents, analysing more than 100 court rulings and proposing practical solutions. In addition, I have presented research on psychological risks and safety at work at international labour law conferences.
My experience includes both corporate and employee representation, with a special focus on workplace accidents, recruitment, compensation and workplace safety. Thanks to my fluency in Spanish and English, I can assist local and international clients, including European companies operating in Peru and foreign workers in the country.
After the pandemic, I decided to adopt a 100% remote work model, which allows me to offer personalized advice at affordable prices. I use tools such as Zoom, Google Meet and WhatsApp to ensure effective and constant communication with my clients.
With a global perspective, I travel annually to Europe to better understand international labour practices and plan to pursue a master's degree in labour law and labour relations. This positions me as an ideal professional to help companies and individuals navigate the complex legal landscape between Peru and Europe.
